2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 315 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to:

  • Setting a strong password and keeping it secure without sharing it with anyone;
  • Notifying 315 immediately if you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including any bets placed, financial transactions, and communications made through it. 315 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

3. Platform Usage Rules and Prohibited Conduct

  • Using bots, automated software, or other technological means to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner;
  • Attempting to influence, manipulate, or cheat the betting or gaming system by any means;

  • Distributing content that is offensive, obscene, threatening, or defamatory through any communication channel within the platform;
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to areas of the system not intended for general users.

Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, permanent account closure, and where applicable, appropriate legal proceedings.

4. Payment Information, Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 315 platform — including deposits, bets, and winnings payouts — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Available payment methods include local e-wallets such as Boost and Touch 'n Go, as well as bank transfers through financial institutions operating in Malaysia.

Key payment information:

  • Successful deposits will be credited to your account within a timeframe that depends on your chosen payment method — e-wallets are typically processed almost instantly, while bank transfers may take between 15 minutes and one hour;
  • Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification before processing, and 315 reserves the right to request additional documentation to meet anti-money laundering requirements;
  • 315 is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by third-party payment service providers;
  • Any attempt to process payments using unauthorised methods or another person's financial information will result in immediate account closure and a possible report to the relevant authorities.
